ZOPPIPETS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using ZoppiPets’ services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. DEFINITIONS

• "ZoppiPets" refers to the pet relocation company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
• "Customer", "Owner", or "Client" refers to the individual or legal entity engaging ZoppiPets for pet relocation services.
• "Pet" refers to the animal(s) being relocated as identified in the service agreement or quote.

2. SERVICE AGREEMENT

• Scope of Application: These terms apply to all services rendered by ZoppiPets unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Customer Acceptance: By requesting or confirming services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and any service-specific conditions noted in the quote or invoice.
• Entire Agreement: These terms represent the full agreement and supersede all prior understandings unless otherwise documented and agreed in writing.
• Written Modifications: Any modification must be in writing and approved by an authorized ZoppiPets representative.
• Eligibility: The customer must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding the pet(s), destination requirements, and all related documentation.

3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

• Vaccinations and Health: The customer must ensure that pets meet all health and vaccination requirements of the destination country.
• Documentation: The customer shall provide all necessary and valid permits, certificates, and other travel-related documents. ZoppiPets is not liable for delays or rejections due to incomplete or incorrect paperwork.
• Disclosure of Medical Conditions: Any known medical or behavioral condition of the pet must be disclosed in writing prior to relocation.
• Crates and Carriers: If not provided by ZoppiPets, the customer is responsible for providing IATA-compliant travel crates.

4. FEES, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

• Quotation Validity: All quotes are valid for 14 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due prior to the commencement of services unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations by the customer may be subject to fees. Refunds, if applicable, are provided less any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
• Unforeseen Costs: The customer is responsible for any unforeseen costs (e.g., quarantine, vet fees, customs delays) not included in the original quote but incurred in the best interest of the pet.

5. TERMINATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Suspension of Services: ZoppiPets reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the customer breaches these terms, poses safety risks, or fails to pay agreed fees.
• Force Majeure: ZoppiPets is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, airline issues, pandemics, or government restrictions.
• Dispute Resolution: Parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

6. LIABILITY

• Best Efforts Clause: ZoppiPets will use reasonable care in handling pets but cannot guarantee delivery times or airline acceptance.
• Limitation of Liability: ZoppiPets is not liable for injury, illness, or death of pets unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Third Parties: ZoppiPets works with airlines, agents, and ground transport providers. ZoppiPets is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

7. DATA PRIVACY & MARKETING

• Data Collection & Use: ZoppiPets collects personal data for service fulfillment in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
• Third-Party Sharing: Information is shared only with relevant partners to complete the agreed services.
• Marketing Communications: Customers may opt-out of marketing at any time by notifying ZoppiPets in writing.
• Photography & Social Media: ZoppiPets may use anonymized photos of pets for marketing unless the customer opts out in writing before service delivery.
• Testimonials: Submitted reviews may be used for marketing unless explicitly prohibited by the customer.
• Confidentiality: ZoppiPets handles customer data with discretion and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Dubai.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

• No Waiver: A failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of any right.
• Severability: If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest remain in full force.
• Assignment: The customer may not transfer their obligations without written consent. ZoppiPets may assign obligations to trusted partners.

10. AMENDMENTS

ZoppiPets reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The most recent version will always be published on our official channels. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
