Bringing a pet into the UAE from any origin. We can guide you, or manage the A-to-Z requirements with our partner agents worldwide, from the export process through customs and handover in Dubai or another UAE emirate.

Ask about your petWhen does a pet travel as cargo?
Cargo means your pet travels in a rigid crate in the aircraft hold, loaded before departure and usually unloaded early on arrival. Water is checked at airline acceptance. It is commonly used when a pet is unaccompanied, above an airline’s cabin or excess-baggage limits, or when snub-nosed breeds face airline restrictions. Airline and route eligibility must be checked before booking.
Can my pet travel in the cabin?
Possibly. The airline’s permitted weight includes the carrier, and cabin rules vary by airline and destination. We confirm the current requirements and available arrangements before booking.
How do you help pets travel calmly?
Preparation can include crate practice, behaviour assessment and travel-anxiety training, followed by close monitoring and thoughtful handling. Your veterinarian should guide health-related travel decisions.
Who helps outside Dubai?
We coordinate with IATA-approved partner agents worldwide for international and door-to-door journeys, including when a pet is travelling unaccompanied.
Are destination rules fixed?
No. Entry requirements, permits, tests, vaccines and quarantine can change and vary by route/destination requirements. We help confirm the current destination Country requirements, airline requirements and quarantine process if applicable and the destination specific clinic procedures, vaccinations or treatments that are required pre and after travel.
